Our Story

From a Single Line in Bhiwandi to 20+ Countries

ASIS Edge Band was born in February 2022 with a simple conviction: furniture deserves better edges. What began as a single extrusion line in Bhiwandi, Thane has grown under Nutree Technology Pvt. Ltd. into 11 extrusion lines, 5 printing lines and 3 mixing lines — delivering a production capacity of 450 TON.

Today we produce PVC edge banding across 1000+ designs — from deep-grained woods to mirror-gloss solids — all manufactured with German technology and a 100% colour-continuity guarantee.

Every project, whether a modular kitchen for a family home or a container shipment for an international brand, is treated with the same obsession for detail.

Foundation

Rapid Scale-Up

Scaled extrusion capacity and built a dedicated team to serve furniture manufacturers across India.
